New Zealand to host 2025 International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) World Championships! 🇳🇿 🏒

The 2025 International Ice Hockey Federation World Championship schedules have been announced for New Zealand’s five national ice hockey teams.

New Zealand submitted bids for all eligible national teams, and we are pleased to announce we have been awarded the following tournaments for 2025:

World Men’s IIB – New Zealand Ice Blacks
World Women’s IIB – New Zealand Ice Fernz

Voting is decided by IIHF member national associations and the IIHF Council.
