2018 New Zealand Ice Blacks Win Silver at 2018 IIHF World Championships

The New Zealand Senior Men's National Team (Ice Blacks) won silver at the 2018 IIHF World Championships, Division II, Group B in Granada, Spain.

The team earned victories over Mexico (5:1), Israel (5:2), Luxembourg (7:1) and DPR Korea (12:4). Despite a courageous effort versus Spain, the highly contested match was lost (4:6).

Spain won gold, followed by New Zealand with Silver and Israel with Bronze.

Many congratulations to our 2018 New Zealand Ice Blacks.
